We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our HVAC Install team! As a small, family-owned business, we are expanding and looking for the perfect candidate for the Install Helper position. Must be proactive, a team player, willing to learn, and enjoy a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Clean driving record, able to operate a company vehicle, and be insured under company insurance.
• Possession of most basic hand tools for installing furnaces and air conditioners in residential settings.
• RMGA, EPA, NATE certifications are advantageous.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs multiple times daily.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Prior residential HVAC installation experience required.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with some Saturday and overtime shifts during busy seasons.
