Requirements

Licensure, Certification, or Registration: Certification as a Registered Central Sterilization Technician (CRCST), Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT), or Surgical Tech certification (CST, TS-C, or CORST). Current CRCST, CSPDT, CST, TS-C, or CORST Certification required for continued employment.

Experience: Minimum of three (3) years sterile processing experience and previous experience with a personal computer. Preferred: One (1) year of supervisory, management, or leadership experience; prior work in an academic medical center environment.

Education: High school Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; completion of IAHCSMM curriculum.

Schedule

This shift is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at our Short Pump location.
