Job Description

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Field Service Cloud Principal Consultant. The role involves working with business and IT teams at the customer's organization to lead the implementation of the Field Service solution. You will be responsible for owning and ensuring the implementation within schedule. A good understanding of Call Center & Field Service operations, operational metrics, and performance indicators is essential.

Required Qualifications

• At least 11+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of North Canton, OH, or willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required.
• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, or work experience in lieu of a degree
• Eligible to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship available for this role
• 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud
• Strong skills in Oracle Field Service Cloud
• Knowledge of Service & Field Service operations and metrics
• Ability to engage stakeholders, analyze requirements, and deliver solutions
• Experience with other Service Technologies like Oracle EBS Field Service or Siebel Field Service is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Certification in Oracle Field Service Cloud preferred
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment

The role may require travel to client sites and extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face is essential.
