The candidate for this role will lead and execute all phases of customer experience design, including aligning global strategy for the US market, planning, design briefs, concept design, budget management, stakeholder communication with HQ teams, vendor management, production, and pattern with sales on field execution. They will work as a representative between global brand holder teams and US marketing, sales and store design cross-functional partners to drive the in-store experience, contribute to the growth of Shiseido commercial brands, and ensure the US regional priorities are met on-time and on-budget.What You Will Do
