Focus:

• Lead all regional construction operations related to aerial and underground fiber deployments.
• Oversee a growing team of 6–8 field managers and up to 30 crews across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, West Virginia, and New York.
• Drive on-site excellence by serving as a technical leader and mentor, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety across projects.
• Support recruiting, training, and scaling of both internal and subcontractor crews using your industry network.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape regional strategy, optimize field operations, and prepare for national project expansion.
• Foster a performance-based culture of safety, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship.

Skill Set:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in telecom or utility field construction, ideally with direct exposure to both aerial and underground fiber builds.
• Prior hands-on field experience such as lineman, foreman, or crew supervisor—proven ability to lead from the front.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-crew teams across geographically dispersed locations and complex job sites.
• Deep working knowledge of construction logistics, permitting, scheduling, and field safety practices.
• Established relationships with field labor and subcontractor networks in the region are highly valued.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout PA, OH, WV, NY, and MD as needed.
• Leadership grounded in humility, integrity, and the ability to earn respect in the field.
• PMP or related technical certifications are a plus but not required—leadership and execution are what matter most.
