They foster a culture of internal growth and professional development, regularly promoting from within and investing in the advancement of their team members.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Portland ME - Family Owned will be responsible for:
  • Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
  • Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement of materials and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Review and interpret project documents (e.g., blueprints, contracts, change orders).
  • Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure exceptional finishes and attention to detail befitting luxury hospitality standards.
  • Manage permitting and inspections in coordination with local agencies.
  • Lead weekly meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment.

The Successful ApplicantThe Project Manager - Portland ME - Family Owned should have:
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience working on ground up projects over $5M
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera).
