Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Portland ME - Family Owned will be responsible for:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Review and interpret project documents (e.g., blueprints, contracts, change orders).
- Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure exceptional finishes and attention to detail befitting luxury hospitality standards.
- Manage permitting and inspections in coordination with local agencies.
- Lead weekly meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment.

The Successful ApplicantThe Project Manager - Portland ME - Family Owned should have:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience working on ground up projects over $5M
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera).
