With more than 7 million sq. ft. of commercial space, 6,000+ luxury apartments, and 60+ industrial projects completed, they are also one of the largest data center owners in the NYC metro area. The firm handles every stage of the development cycle-from acquisitions and permitting to construction, leasing, and property management. They've nearly doubled in size over the last decade and are set to move into a brand-new, modern headquarters later this year.c
Job Description- Preconstruction: Support preconstruction efforts for new developments, renovations, and tenant improvements
- Subcontractors: Assist in bid solicitation, scope reviews, and subcontractor coordination
- Estimating: Collaborate with estimating, design, and project teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution
- Document Review: Help review drawings, plans, and specifications to support value engineering efforts
- Schedule Management: Track schedules, budgets, and procurement plans during preconstruction
- Team Leadership: Work closely with project managers, consultants, and in-house stakeholders across disciplines

The Successful Applicant- 1-4 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to residential or mixed-use construction and preconstruction activities
- Familiarity with drawings, takeoffs, and bidding processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an eagerness to learn and grow
- A motivated team player who wants to eventually move into project management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
