The Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach title and custom coaching credential is available exclusively to financial professionals (FPs) of Equitable Advisors who seek to have deeper more personal conversations with their clients. We've created the first of its kind in the industry, the Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach title. In a collaboration between Columbia University's Coaching Center of Excellence and Equitable Advisors' affiliate, Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company (NY, NY), coursework was developed exclusively for Equitable Advisors FP so they can up their game by learning to coach clients on the journey to pursue their best lives by meeting them where they are and leading them to where they want to be. This certification integrates the traditional planning our Financial Professionals are already doing with whole-brain, “Ivy-League” coaching resulting in a more purpose-driven financial plan.

Training and support

To get started as a Financial Professional, Equitable Advisors will sponsor your pursuit of the FINRA licensing requirements as well as help you navigate state licensing needs.

Our entry level Financial Professional training curriculum is designed to empower you with the skills and tools needed for success: client relationship management, product knowledge, market development, role play and access to a full suite of remote-work technology solutions. You will also upskill from participating in local and national development programs as well as joint-work opportunities for a hands-on experience. Our exclusive Holistic Financial Coach Program is open to Financial Professionals meeting the required production level, manager approval, additional training time and cost.
