Epic, a global leader in health information technology, is seeking a seasoned Payroll Director to lead and scale payroll operations. You will partner with finance, legal, and HR teams to manage payroll for 14,000 employees worldwide.

Your responsibilities include ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing tax reporting, benefits integration, audits, and improving payroll processes. You will also drive system enhancements and address new challenges as Epic expands globally.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state and global payroll
  • CPP certification (preferred)
  • Project management and procedural implementation experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • UKG Pro experience (a plus)
  • Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
  • COVID-19 vaccination
