The Director of (Self Determination) Operations oversees management of all operational units throughout the Company to provide exceptional fiscal intermediary services to those receiving services through self-direction.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain operational standards and formulate, implement, and communicate policies and procedures.
• Plan, execute, and support strategic objectives aligned with the company's strategic plan.
• Coordinate activities across operational units, evaluate plans, and make recommendations to senior management.
• Develop leadership within teams, approve performance appraisals and wage increases.
• Create metrics to measure performance and participate in developing new services and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor workloads, collaborate with other departments, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, promote company values, and perform other duties as assigned.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, human services, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge in supervision, business management, and leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, experience with complex projects, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.

Work Environment

• Remote work with travel within the state required.
