Treasury Manager (Hybrid – Boston)A prominent and fast-growing private equity fund administrator is currently seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join its dynamic finance team.Position Summary:The Treasury Manager will take a hands-on approach in overseeing the firm's cash, debt, and capital activities within a fast-paced and detail-driven environment. This individual should bring strong financial insight, organizational strength, and adaptability to a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash positioning and implement strategies to optimize liquidity
• Develop and maintain financial models for cash flow forecasting across multiple scenarios
• Oversee corporate and investment-related bank accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Administer credit facilities, including maintenance and required reporting
• Coordinate capital calls and ensure timely funding for investments and portfolio companies
• Distribute investment proceeds to limited partners in alignment with partnership agreements
• Reconcile investor contributions and resolve any discrepancies that arise
• Analyze key financial and performance metrics to identify trends and drive improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; CPA or CFA designation (or candidacy) is a plus
• Direct experience managing credit facilities is essential
• A minimum of 6 years in financial services or operational finance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with banking platforms and other Office tools
