Delivery Driver to join our team and support our
Hayward, CA branch.The primary responsibilities of this role are deliveries; however, this position will also serve as a backup to the Dispatcher on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Ensure appropriate merchandise is properly packaged for shipment
- Safely and accurately unload items at each delivery stop
- Verify merchandise matches shipping documents at each stop
- Maintain the safety and general upkeep of the delivery vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service and work effectively as part of a team
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Backup Dispatch Duties (As Needed):In the absence of the Dispatcher, you may be asked to:
- Open the branch at the start of the shift (4:00 AM)
- Ensure all trucks are dispatched on time
- Use Innovo system to manage orders and delivery schedules
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and the sales team to support morning logistics
Qualifications:- Must be able to work a 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shift; overtime may be required
- Minimum 2+ years of delivery driving experience required
- Must be able to drive a 24' or 26' truck
- Valid CA driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs. or more
- Familiarity with warehouse and delivery operations
- Strong computer skills: Innova experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
