Hiring for the following shifts on weekends: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a.

Oaks at Hampton is looking for a caring, friendly, reliable individual to join our team as a Care Partner for the weekend shifts! Our residents are remarkable people, and assisting them with their daily activities is a meaningful and rewarding job. We foster a fun, warm, and loving culture. Pay and benefits are competitive, with opportunities for growth. We are located just off GA 400 between Dawsonville and Cumming.

Position Summary

The Care Partner will provide personalized care and services to residents, uphold the mission of Oaks Senior Living, and promote residents' well-being. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living in a professional, kind, and caring manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving for older adults preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Desire to work with older adults.
• Friendly, caring disposition.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Satisfactory criminal background check.
• Physical exam by a licensed physician.
• Negative drug screen.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident calls.
• Assist with and encourage participation in activities.
• Encourage residents to dine in the dining room.
• Escort residents to and from meals.
• Assist with serving and helping residents with meals according to their needs.
• Observe and report changes in appetite and physical abilities.
• Help clean the dining area after meals.
• Assist with cleaning and tidying residents' rooms/apartments.
• Assist residents with showers, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
