Customer Service Representative
A manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products, services, and order status
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, monitor order progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex cases when necessary
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure customer needs are met
- Stay informed about industry trends, pricing updates, and competitor activity to better assist customers
