**Education/Certification:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- HRIS/HRIP certifications desired.
- Strong understanding of HR, Finance, and Payroll systems and their interrelations.
- Reliable transportation to travel between worksites.
**Experience:**
- 6-8 years hospital/healthcare experience required, with knowledge of financial reports.
- Minimum 3 years payroll processing experience.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Experience with system integrations, data management, and data analytics (3-5 years).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.
**Essential Duties:**
- Develop and execute HR System strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Maintain documentation for processes and configurations.
- Lead reporting and dashboard development for informed decision-making.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and insights.
- Design system integrations to optimize processes.
- Support payroll processing, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Manage W2 filings and ensure compliance with federal and state agencies.
- Coordinate system upgrades and testing with stakeholders.
- Develop HR solutions and improve workflows.
- Troubleshoot HRMS issues and support department efficiency initiatives.
