**Position Summary:**Oversees and optimizes the organization's HR Technology platforms, ensuring they support business goals and enhance the employee experience. The role is a hands-on expert who thinks strategically about how HR systems can drive success. Leads system configurations and optimizations, applying a systems thinking approach to design and service delivery. Focuses on understanding how people, processes, and technology work together to support and improve workforce operations.

**Education/Certification:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • HRIS/HRIP certifications desired.
  • Strong understanding of HR, Finance, and Payroll systems and their interrelations.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between worksites.

**Experience:**

  • 6-8 years hospital/healthcare experience required, with knowledge of financial reports.
  • Minimum 3 years payroll processing experience.
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
  • Experience with system integrations, data management, and data analytics (3-5 years).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.

**Essential Duties:**

  • Develop and execute HR System strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Maintain documentation for processes and configurations.
  • Lead reporting and dashboard development for informed decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and insights.
  • Design system integrations to optimize processes.
  • Support payroll processing, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Manage W2 filings and ensure compliance with federal and state agencies.
  • Coordinate system upgrades and testing with stakeholders.
  • Develop HR solutions and improve workflows.
  • Troubleshoot HRMS issues and support department efficiency initiatives.
