We are looking for a fluent Japanese speaker to play a key role on Anteriad's International Customer Success team. This individual will be responsible for problem solving for internal and external customers on Anteriad's products and providing high-quality post-sale support for content syndication, display advertising, and data services. The position requires becoming an expert on the full operational process from initial quote to campaign completion and wrap-up, ensuring a deep understanding at an expert level to problem solve effectively for stakeholders. As a bridge between sales, operations, and customers, the candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The team member will collaborate closely with customers, Customer Success Managers, Sales Directors, and the Operations team.

Responsibilities:

The CSM – APAC/Japan will manage all aspects of internal and client support for Anteriad, including:

  • Being the primary resource for questions related to accounts for internal teams and clients, including Sales Directors and Operations.
  • Collaborating with India, APAC, and US Operations teams to ensure comprehensive customer support and insights.
  • Identifying and escalating urgent situations arising at any stage of a campaign.
  • Becoming proficient in tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, OB, Qlik, and AMC.
  • Managing all products sold within their team for both non-enterprise and enterprise customers.
  • Understanding customer motivations to enhance service quality over campaigns and quarters.
  • Supporting other teams and projects as needed, including completing RFPs and market sizing opportunities.
  • Tracking campaign status and providing pre-sales support activities using SFDC cases.
  • Skills & Requirements:

    Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience supporting demand generation and/or direct database marketing, with essential knowledge of database products and services. Fluency in Japanese is required. The candidate should be an excellent communicator with a strong team orientation, capable of marketing integrated online and offline data-driven solutions to enhance market share and profitability.
