Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life.
• Respond to customers interested in selling their vehicle.
• Utilize software such as the Kelly Blue Book Internet Cash Offer program.
• Ask questions and listen carefully to customer responses.
• Set appointments for vehicle inspections and appraisals.
• Perform thorough inspections of customer vehicles.
• Run reports including CarFax.
• Present purchase offers and address objections.
• Follow-up with sellers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, and reviews.
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best effort every day.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vAuto preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo background check & drug screening.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
