• Verification of patient information and insurance details
• Appointment scheduling and record maintenance
• Adherence to privacy regulations and confidentiality
• Problem-solving and effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals

  Required Skills for the Patient Registrar:

  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish
  • Data entry and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Must have Epic experience
  • Appointment scheduling and organization
  • Knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA)
