Job Description :

HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for a Pneumatics Tester to join our talented technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is meticulous and technically minded to work hands-on with aviation components in a fast-paced, FAA-regulated environment.

As a Pneumatics Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of aircraft systems by conducting functional and pressure testing on pneumatic components. Your responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, and verifying the functionality of aircraft pneumatic components such as valves, regulators, actuators, and related systems. You will operate manual and automated test equipment, analyze test data, and ensure all components meet performance and safety standards before being approved for return to service. A strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics, is essential. You will also maintain testing equipment and prepare test reports.

Skills, Education, And Experience
  • Ability to work well with a team and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with diagnostic and measurement tools such as pressure gauges, flow meters, and leak detectors
  • Basic computer skills for test documentation and data entry
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations and repair station operations is preferred but not required
