Job Description

This position supports management services at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Bethesda, MD, focusing on data quality, personnel processing, and report management related to the Defense Medical Human Resource System - Internet (DMHRSi).

Location: Walter Reed Medical Center, Bethesda, MD

Type: Full-time Contractor (contract open until 2024)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: $24.05/hour + $4.93/hour Health & Welfare = $28.98/hour

Note: On-site position only; no telework.

Clearance: Must pass NACI background check.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data quality and personnel processing for WRNMMC.
• Input, evaluate, and compare data in DMHRSi and personnel records weekly.
• Document errors, research missing data, and compile reports (25+ monthly).
• Verify and monitor various personnel and management reports monthly.
• Analyze statistical information, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
• Assist in policy development, create spreadsheets, and coordinate personnel data updates daily.
• Manage in/out processing for approximately 50+ personnel weekly.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years management, organizational, and statistical analysis experience with an associate degree or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and organizational abilities.
