We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedRecruiterto support the dynamic hiring needs of our contract manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for a wide range of positions, including skilled trades, engineering, quality control, and production management. The ideal candidate understands the urgency and precision required in manufacturing environments and thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting setting.
Key Responsibilities:
•Partnerwith department heads in Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Production to identify staffing needs and define role requirements.
•Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract candidates for skilled manufacturing roles (e.g., CNC machinists, assemblers, quality inspectors, engineers).
•Write, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
•Screen candidates, schedule interviews, conduct initial interviews, and provide hiring recommendations.
•Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure timely communication with applicants.
•Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for high-turnover or hard-to-fill positions.
•Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screening, and onboarding.
•Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) and report regularly.
•Represent the company at local job fairs, technical school events, and industry hiring expos.
•Ensure all recruitment practices comply with EEO and labor laws.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
•2+ years offull-cyclerecruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
•Familiarity with skilled trades and technical job functions in a production environment.
•Proficient in ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Workable).
•Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
•Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
•Mustbe comfortable spending a large portion of the day making outbound phone calls with the intent to increase leads
Preferred Experience:
•Experience recruiting for roles in SMT assembly, electronics manufacturing, quality assurance, or engineering.
•Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or FDA-regulated hiring environments.
•Spanish or Vietnamese bilingual capability is a plus (if applicable to workforce demographics).

Salary Range: $70,000-93,000 DOE
