Are you an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Performance modules.We're hiring for a long-term transformation programme with a global organisation undergoing a multi-country Oracle HCM Cloud rollout.
You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end functional design, leading workshops, driving configuration, supporting UAT, and enabling successful deployments across multiple geographies. This role is part of a high-performing team delivering enterprise-grade HCM capabilities in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
Key Requirements:5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of Core HR, Talent, and Performance Management
Proven track record in large-scale implementations or rollouts
Ability to manage client-facing workshops, gather requirements, and deliver functional solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
