Location: Onsite in Huntsville, AL | 5 Days a Week

Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities

As a test engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate software for law enforcement. Responsibilities include creating test plans and cases based on user stories, performing functional and automation testing, generating data, documenting results, and communicating defects to developers. You will automate security and performance tests, monitor the health of applications, and build testing frameworks, expanding your skills in automation, cloud, and enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Experience designing and executing test scripts, plans, and procedures, with documentation of results
• Experience with automation testing frameworks
• Experience creating and updating automated test cases or scripts

Preferred Skills

• Programming in Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Backend, API, UI testing, and database queries
• Testing cloud-based architectures
• Integrating test frameworks with CI/CD pipelines
• Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of software testing experience, or 14+ years of experience without a degree

Security Clearance

• Active Top Secret clearance required; candidate must pass security investigation
