Goodlife Physical Medicine is a leading medical group dedicated to providing comprehensive and integrated physical medicine services to our patients. We are a fast-growing, warm cultured, integrated medical clinic that utilizes numerous modalities. Our medical staff is comprised of Anesthesiologists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Pain Management Physicians, Orthopedists, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Certified Massage Therapists. We currently have four state of the art facilities located in Redondo Beach, Torrance, Seal Beach and El Segundo, CA where we provide our patients cutting-edge care.

Goodlife Physical Medicine is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist to work in our El Segundo, Redondo Beach and/or Seal Beach locations.

Responsibilities

• Teach patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop a treatment plan
• Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainable
• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to Goodlife standards of practice as well as state standards
• Maintain patient records and keep track of goals and progress
• Document patient care services by charting in our EMR
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process along with possible challenges.
• Instruct patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited University in Physical Therapy
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
