About Us:We are a fast-growing, patient-centered healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional care to individuals with chronic and acute pain. We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience or strong interest in pain management to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and diagnostic assessments to identify the cause of musculoskeletal pain
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that include medication management, joint injections, and patient education
  • Educate patients on pain management strategies, including lifestyle changes, physical therapy tools, stress reduction, and non-pharmacologic techniques
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations and patient needs
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Provide post-operative care for surgical patients as needed, including medication management and recovery education
  • Evaluate non-opioid treatment alternatives for patients at risk of addiction or overdose
  • Establish strong rapport with patients and families, ensuring compassionate and effective communication

Qualifications:

  • Master s degree or higher as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN),FNP, AGNP, or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Active, valid state license in good standing
  • National certification (CRNP or PA-C) with prescriptive authority
  • Strong knowledge of pain management principles, pharmacology, and musculoskeletal health
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
