The small business is based in Morris County, NJ and covers financial, pharmaceutical, higher educational, healthcare, industrial, commercial, utilities and tech projects. They are looking to expand their team in New Jersey and are seeking motivated, detail orientated Project Managers. They are open to considering an individual who has a solid amount of years as a Project Manager and is keen to take a step up to a senior level or alternatively a well established Senior Project Manager. Individuals must have minimum 10 years of project management experience and it is essential that candidates have experience working for self-performing union general contractors.Project experience should fall into commercial, healthcare, education or industrial sectors within the New Jersey construction market.The requirements of the role are:
