Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager II, the incumbent provides support on a wide variety of tasks to the Administration Division of the State Treasurer's Office. The Office Assistant (Typing) types and maintains letters, memos, technical reports, and mailing lists, updates clerical support log instructions to ensure compliance with changing policies and procedures, assists in developing, reviewing, updating, and implementing office procedures, and assists in the preparation of various statistical and summary reports.
