Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Director of Facilities and Administrator of Menorah to direct and coordinate activities of the Facilities Department.
- Plan, organize, and control maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Review and improve existing methods, systems, and procedures.
- Maintain department records in compliance with health standards and regulations.
- Manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Handle department responsibilities in the absence of the Director and share on-call duties.
- Assist in mechanical plant operations and maintain knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and auxiliary functions.
- Oversee Quality Control Program.
Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Engineering or equivalent, proven healthcare facility experience, and relevant licenses.
Manage and direct the Maintenance Mechanic team, collaborate on infrastructure projects, and act as liaison during emergencies.
