We invest in our staff and provide mentorship and opportunities for professional and personal development.19six is seeking a highly motivated architectural Design Professional to support projects within our Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose and/or Santa Cruz office's K-12design studios.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but Not Limited To)

• Create, coordinate, revise, and maintain project design, production, and documentation at all project phases (Pre-Design through Construction Administration and Certification).
• Production of Construction Documents (under supervision); ability to design and coordinate documentation of enlarged floor plan elements such as Cover Sheet, Plans/Demo/Floor/Reflected Ceiling, Overall Elevations & Sections, etc.
• Produce and comprehend architectural redlines and efficiently produce documents and revisions.
• Oversee quality control, QC check your own work for 19six graphic standards and ensure compliance with project scope and budget.
• Assist with Permitting, Bidding, CA, Closeout/archiving, etc.
• Coordinate design with consultants and architectural team.
• Ability to work collaboratively and clearly with architectural team, consultants, and clients.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's of Architecture degree is required.
• Two or more (2+) years' drafting experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Acrobat and MS Office software is required.
• Experience with DSA submission/approval process is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with desire and willingness for continual professional development.
• Detail oriented, highly motivated, positive attitude, and proactive problem solver.
• Dedication to personal/professional growth through continuing education.
