Role

Octus' Americas Covenants is entering an exciting phase. We seek a dynamic finance lawyer to lead our covenant analysis team, focusing on syndicated loans and private debt in US credit markets. You will leverage our proprietary technology and data to enhance and set industry standards for our covenant analysis product.

Responsibilities

Grow the Covenant Analysis Product: Support its expansion in market share, revenue, and influence within leveraged finance.

Lead a Top-Notch Team: Manage and develop talented attorneys to perform at their best.

Author Insightful Analysis: Analyze credit agreements and produce research spanning the credit cycle, including distressed scenarios.

Innovate and Scale: Develop strategies to enhance and expand covenant offerings, optimizing processes for increased demand.

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships, provide clear legal insights, and actively seek feedback.

Collaborate with Experts: Work with reporters, financial analysts, and legal analysts to deliver market insights.

Partner Across Functions: Collaborate with data, sales, marketing, and tech teams to ensure product excellence.

Represent Octus: Speak at industry events, webinars, and podcasts as a subject matter expert.
