Job Summary:
The Night Shift Bale Room Operator plays a crucial role in our operations by performing a range of bale room duties, handling waste materials, and ensuring our equipment runs smoothly. Your contributions will help keep our production processes efficient and effective.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and perform tasks safely and productively.
- Dependable with a track record of good attendance.
- Team player who is open to working mandatory overtime as required.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Ability to stand continuously, with frequent walking and stooping.
- Occasional sitting, crouching, and overhead work may be required.
- Good visual acuity and manual dexterity essential.
- Required to wear hearing protection and safety shoes.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM - 36 hours/week.
- Overtime is compensated at time and a half after 36 hours per week.
