The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with the Department of Social Services (DSS) and possess strong, established relationships within the Medicaid community. We understand that exceptional patient care starts with a happy and supported workforce.QualificationsQualifications:Proven experience working with DSS and Medicaid programs (minimum 2-3 years preferred).Strong knowledge of Medicaid eligibility requirements and application processes.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in social work, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.Bilingual abilities are a plus.Experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or social services setting.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and Medicaid billing systems.
