Description Position Details: Title: Aircraft Maintenance Technician Location: Dallas, TX Shift or Travel: Night Shift Operations, typically 9:00 PM - 4:00 AM (2100 - 0400); Travel 30% (approx. 1 week per month) Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually Travel: 30% - average of 1 week per month Position Description: The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for cleaning jet engines using patented foam technology and supporting operational excellence in all aspects of the job. This role involves hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, outdoor work environments, and strict adherence to safety and compliance processes. The position also requires data tracking, driving under DOT regulations, and managing environmentally safe waste streams. Key Responsibilities: • Install and remove wash equipment on jet engines • Prepare equipment for operations through inspection and servicing • Operate equipment safely and identify anomalies • Collect, manage, and properly dispose of waste streams • Track and input data into both manual and digital forms • Coordinate aircraft availability schedules with customers • Communicate proactively and effectively with customers, teammates, and leadership • Perform preventative and repair maintenance on mechanical equipment • Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and communication style Requirements: • Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience • Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks • Comfortable driving vehicles under DOT regulations and working with heavy equipment • Strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
