The position involves scheduling of transportation requests, answering calls, disseminating and analyzing information. Position involves the utilization of advanced technology to schedule and monitor services. Position requires excellent communication skills, organization skills as well as customer service skills. Must have geographic knowledge of Beaver County and Pittsburgh area. This position involves reporting on MAPT trips/services and BCTA paratransit (SHARED) system utilizing an automated system of scheduling and reporting. We want you to work for BCTA if you:

- Can pass a DOT Drug & Alcohol Test
- Have a clean background check
- Can utilize Technology
