We train our laborers to progress to operators as quickly as they are able to.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Assist onsite foreman with basement digging, backfills, concrete preps, final grades, pipe placement, trench digging, loading and unloading of equipment and materials, and other tasks as assigned.* Provide support to foreman and other Hadco employees on a project with regard to excavation, pipe fitting, concrete construction, and demolition.* Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions when clarification is needed.* Maintains clean and safe work areas (sweep debris, gather and discard trash, remove snow and ice).* Understand OSHA guidelines and procedures, lockout/tag-out procedures.* Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
