A well-known hospital is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to join their Radiology team.

Responsibilities included but not limited to are:
- Assists interventional radiologists with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that use instruments to treat conditions in the body.
- Responsible for operating and maintaining specialized imaging equipment, administering contrast dyes, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
Qualifications & Experience
- A valid license and current registration to practice Diagnostic Radiography as a Radiologic Technologist issued by the NYSDOH (can be obtained after the offer)
- Eligible Advanced Certifications from ARRT include the following: (only one (1) certification below is required)
- ARRT (CI) - Cardiac Interventional Radiology
- ARRT (CV) - Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology
- ARRT (VI) - Vascular Interventional Radiology
- Associates degree from a Radiologic Technology program.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Minimum one (1) year of experience using angiographic equipment, balloon angioplasty and stenting.
