Job Description :

Licensed Therapist Needed (W2) - Rock Life Counseling

This is a remote-first job with limited in-office work required

About the Company

Rock Life Counseling is a private practice group serving a diverse cross-section of middle-class families. We're focused on implementing the latest research to deliver great results. We're a fast-paced, innovative company based in Indianapolis, and serving clients throughout the state of Indiana.

One of our primary advantages in this effort is the way we leverage telehealth and other technology to communicate with our clients. As a location-independent team, we balance time in the office with the convenience of working from home to deliver high quality healthcare services when and where our clients need it.

While we hire smart, hard-working clinicians, we don't expect you to know everything or work non-stop. We've built an intentionally diverse team where we all learn from each other, challenge each other, collaborate to deliver the best service for our clients, and remind each other to rest when the day is done!

About the Role

We're seeking a rockstar therapist to join the team and help deliver high-quality care as part of a thriving clinical practice.

This role may be a fit for you if you meet most or all of the following criteria:

  • You are passionate about increasing access to quality mental health care
  • You have experience using evidence-based interventions and measuring outcomes
  • You are skilled at building relationships with other working adults who need mental health services, and making it easy for them to access care
  • You love working in a telehealth environment, using an electronic health record to document care, and leveraging other technology as needed
  • You are a self-starter who's willing to ask questions, offer your perspective, and get down to business once you're clear on what to do

Responsibilities

  • Full-time or part-time roles available. 24+ hours of availability per week required (specific working hours negotiable)
  • Maintain responsibility for a caseload of 20-40 clients, depending on total hours worked per week (negotiable)
  • Select appropriate evidence-based interventions and implement them with individuals during sessions
  • Lead individual therapy sessions and develop or improve resources to use within those sessions
  • Use independent judgment to make clinical decisions in alignment with all legal and ethical boundaries
  • Document all clinical contact in an electronic health record
  • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency using a computer and the ability to learn how to use new computer programs quickly
  • Attend team meetings and trainings as needed
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other team members, partner organizations, clients and families
  • Reports to the Clinical Director
