We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Accounting Manager to join our finance team and lead critical cost accounting functions within a manufacturing environment. This role requires 5 to 7 years of cost accounting experience, with a strong foundation in financial reporting, cost control strategies, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cost accounting systems, developing standard cost methodologies, and delivering strategic financial insights to support operational and financial objectives.

As the Cost Accounting Manager, you will oversee the accurate and timely reporting of cost data, collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and finance teams, and conduct regular variance and cost audits to identify areas for improvement. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies for new product introductions, while also supporting the month-end and year-end close processes through proper cost allocations and reconciliations. Your insights will directly contribute to cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiency improvements across the organization.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certifications are preferred. Strong analytical skills, ERP system proficiency, and advanced Excel capabilities are essential. The ability to effectively communicate across departments, manage competing priorities, and approach challenges with a strategic and proactive mindset will be key to success in this fast-paced, impactful role.
