We are looking for an Associate Director to join our team!
We seek someone eager to build, lead, and scale Mosaic's mission forward. Reporting to the Director of ICF Services, the Associate Director assists with the overall operation of the agency, including human resources, financial management, and staff development.

As an Associate Director, you will:
- Coordinate team meetings to update staff on program activities and operational details.
- Serve as liaison to community organizations and committees, attending meetings and participating in funding efforts.
- Support open communication with staff, people served, and their families/guardians.
- Represent the organization in the community and on committees, attending scheduled meetings and supporting funding initiatives.
- Maintain safety and sanitation in all environments and company vehicles.
- Assist with human resource needs including hiring, training, evaluation, scheduling, and supervision.
- Ensure needs of people served, the agency, and employees are met through effective on-call and emergency response teams.
SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried, On-Call support as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
- At least five years' experience in a related field
- Supervisory or management experience required
- Experience in budget management and human resources is helpful
- Some states may require QIDP certification and experience in an ICF/DD setting
