Full-Time Opportunity | Pay:

The General Manager (GM) of Field Operations manages and leads all activities related to a single or multi-unit NSM location. The GM ensures execution of key branch activities/initiatives, influences quality, drives exceptional customer care, and builds the employment culture. They serve employees by creating and maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive operation. The GM has direct oversight of the branch financially and operationally, including responsibility for productivity, methods of work, profit and loss, and employee retention.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and embody NSM's Vision, Mission, and Values. Lead by example.
  • Oversee branch revenue, expenses, inventory, and EBITDA. Review P&Ls and implement improvement actions.
  • Monitor KPIs, communicate performance, and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Lead growth programs, maintain market relationships, and conduct quarterly reviews with partners.
  • Support sales teams, identify growth opportunities, and manage inventory effectively.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience, manage customer service staff, and address feedback.
  • Create a positive work environment, support staffing, and lead recruitment efforts.
  • Develop staff through training, performance reviews, and ongoing development programs.
  • Foster a strong work culture, address survey results, and implement retention strategies.
  • Manage client orders, ensure quality and timeliness, and train staff on technology use.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and standards.
  • Collaborate with HR, resolve employee and client concerns, and maintain facilities and safety protocols.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of progressive management experience overseeing a complex business.
  • Proven leadership skills and servant leadership mentality.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
