The Business Office Services Manager has overall responsibility for the planning, administration, control, and quality management of department activities. They will assist the Director of the Business Office/Patient Access in the overall direction and control of patient accounting functions.

REQUIRED:

  • B.S. Degree in Business Administration or a related field plus four (4) years of patient accounting experience, or ten (10) years of progressively responsible patient accounting experience.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of insurance requirements, regulations, and hospital operations.
