A busy and reputable New York law firm is seeking a highly organized and experienced Paralegal with 3+ years of experience in Commercial Litigation and Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in New York State court procedures and real estate transactional work. This role requires strong drafting, research, and case management skills to support attorneys across a range of litigation and real estate matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in commercial litigation and/or real estate law within New York State.
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Strong knowledge of New York Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR) and New York real estate law and transactional procedures.
• Proficiency with NYSCEF and PACER electronic filing systems.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal case management software (e.g., Clio, Relativity, or Concordance) is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently under pressure.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

This role will sit ONSITE out of the Melville, NY office.
