Our client in the wellness space is hiring a Creative Strategy Manager in NY!

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, results-oriented Creative Strategy Manager to lead the charge on paid media creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This role will own the full creative process—from ideation and testing strategy to managing content production—to develop high-converting ads that fuel growth.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve our client's creative strategy across paid media channels.
• Develop ad concepts, hooks, and messaging frameworks that drive acquisition and retention.
• Use performance data to guide testing cycles and iterate quickly on winning formats.
• Brief, manage, and collaborate with UGC creators, editors, and freelancers.
• Partner closely with the Media Buyer to align creative output with performance targets.
• Lead weekly creative reviews and optimize based on real-time learnings.
• Stay on top of platform trends, creator best practices, and consumer behavior shifts.

Who You Are

• 5+ years experience in creative strategy for performance marketing, ideally in DTC or eComm.
• Proven track record of creating and scaling paid social ads across Meta and TikTok.
• Data-literate and comfortable using performance metrics to guide creative decisions.
• Strong writing instincts—especially for hooks, angles, and scripts that convert.
• Experienced in managing external creators, editors, and freelancers to deliver top-tier content.
• Highly organized, fast-moving, and excited to iterate until something works.

Bonus Points

• Deep understanding of UGC, direct response, and storytelling for social.
• Familiar with tools like Motion, Triple Whale, or Northbeam.
• Experience in wellness, supplements, or sleep-focused products.
• Background working in an agency or fast-scaling startup environment.
