- Receptionist will welcome visitors and guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Distributing mail
- Providing clerical support as assigned
Receptionist Qualifications/Experience:
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience working in Healthcare industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
- Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Receptionist needs strong verbal and listening skills
