This role ensures that team members are aligned with departmental goals, quality standards are upheld, and operational workflows run efficiently. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in team supervision, training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.Essential Responsibilities: •Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Notice/Lien Services Group to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.•Provide direct support to team members by resolving escalations, answering process-related questions, and ensuring timely task completion.•Monitor individual and team workloads, reallocating resources as needed to maintain productivity and service levels.•Collaborate with the Department Manager to implement process improvements and support departmental initiatives.•Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members in partnership with Human Resources.•Deliver ongoing coaching and development to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.•Support cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, Client Success, and Quality teams to ensure client expectations are met.•Track and report on team performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.•Conduct regular check-ins and assist with performance evaluations and training sessions.•Represent the department in internal meetings and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.•Other duties as requiredRequirementsCompetencies •Excellent communication skills •Ability to lead a team and motivate others•Problem-solving and conflict management skills•Ability to delegate tasks effectively•Ability to manage multiple priorities at once•Strong organizational skillsEducation, experience, certifications •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field•3+ years of management experiencePhysical and mental demands •Frequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse•Near visual acuity•Prolonged sitting while viewing a computer monitor•Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing to small groups and large audiencesSalary Description $75,000-$80,000/year
