- Generate new sales opportunities through lead qualification and prospecting
- Use various methods to reach out to potential customers, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
- Conduct effective discovery calls to uncover the needs and pain points of potential customers
- Work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Provide ongoing support to our existing customer base and partners
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
