Base pay will be determined by your skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs, as well as help with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulation.
