Reports to: Executive Director of Renaissance
Purpose of Position and Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to educate, oversee, and direct the Renaissance Choir students in collaboration with the Choir Director. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Choir Director on daily activities and recruitment efforts.
- Teaching vocal parts, music theory, and sight reading.
- Managing the music library and maintaining student records.
- Supervising rehearsals, activities, concerts, and travel; conducting rehearsals in the absence of the director.
- Travel flexibility and weekend availability required.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 5 years of professional or educational experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a music-related field
- 5+ years of professional or educational experience
Physical and Environmental Conditions
Requires light physical exertion such as standing, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally, and frequent walking. Work is performed in a standard office environment.
