Job Summary: WMC Health Network is currently seeking an Advanced Clinical Recruiter (ACR) to facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for Physicians and Advanced Clinical Providers.
Responsibilities:
Planning, coordinating, and directing activities related to the recruitment, selection, and placement of all advanced clinical new hires.Act as a key advisor for designated service lines and assume responsibility for advertising campaigns, employment offers, onboarding, and the overall candidate experience from start to finish.Provide excellent customer service for providers throughout onboarding and credentialing.Manage onboarding progress for providers to ensure efficient credentialing and onboarding.Utilize and manage various sourcing sites.Attend local and national recruitment events quarterly.Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) for screening candidates and posting positions.Work with leadership to find suitable candidates.Qualifications/Requirements:
Two (2) years of healthcare and/or advanced clinical recruiting experience preferred.Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.Additional Details:
