Our client is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the operations supporting business licensing among retail locations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work well with others, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Entry Clerk Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite) Duration: 6+ months (Highly possible to extend)What's the Job?
- Open and process mail sent from jurisdictions, both physical and electronic.
- Scan documents into the system and enter key details accurately.
- Mail licenses to stores and checks to jurisdictions as required.
- Support additional data entry by reviewing jurisdictional requirements and entering findings into the system.
- Utilize basic Excel skills to assist in data management tasks.
What's Needed?
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using a laptop and entering data into a system.
- Basic Excel skills to manage and analyze data.
- Experience with business licensing or other regulatory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
